Mark Andy Introduces “Gear UP” Program

ST. LOUIS—MAX, the customer service and support team of Mark Andy Inc., introduced the “Gear UP” program for its Mark Andy 2200 customer base. Designed to help converters prepare for the economic turnaround, MAX is offering discounts on “Gear UP” Parts Kits, through October 16, 2009.

Maintenance of presses is one area where converters have been able to save over the past year. The "Gear UP" kit has been developed to revitalize Mark Andy 2200s and support converters as they respond to increased business levels.

“Research has shown that label buyers have let inventories fall to the lowest levels in years,” states Adam Baer, vice president of MAX customer service and support, Mark Andy Inc. “We want to prepare our valued converters for the upswing as inventories are replenished.”

The MAX "Gear UP" Parts Kit is made up of print station components including gears, adjusting arms, plate roll shafts, bearings, driveline wafers, infeed and exit pacing rollers, grease, and oil. In addition to the reduced pricing on the "Gear UP" Parts Kit, MAX is offering a discount on Mark Andy 2200 print stations as well.
