Major Beverage Producer Names Amgraph Supplier of the Year

Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, one of Canada's premier beverage companies, has selected Amgraph Packaging, Inc., of Baltic, Connecticut, as its Supplier of the Year for 2018. Amgraph is the first American supplier ever to receive the distinction, and it is also the first tea packaging supplier to be recognized.

According to Fred Schaeffer, president and CEO of Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, Amgraph helped the company by providing cost-effective and innovative flexible packaging solutions. "The personal, face-to-face service that our Ajax plant receives through regular visits makes our relationship a special one," he said. "We truly appreciate the effort of account managers Kevin Lang and Maggie Wilson, along with the entire Amgraph team."

The Supplier of the Year honor was established to recognize excellence in quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness, innovation, and engagement. The award recognized Amgraph as being one of Mother Parkers' most engaged vendor partners across all categories, bringing unique technical expertise, in-depth knowledge of the tea industry, and a genuine passion for customer service to the table at every interaction. During fiscal 2018, Amgraph worked with Mother Parkers on key cost-savings initiatives, and achieved a 90% overall vendor service rating.

Kenneth Fontaine, president and CEO of Amgraph Packaging, accepted the award, saying, "The entire Amgraph team is honored to be recognized as the Supplier of the Year by a prestigious company like Mother Parkers.
