Madern Acquires Xynatech

VLAARDINGEN, The Netherlands—Jean Madern, president of the Madern Group—manufacturer of rotary dies and equipment for the folding carton industry—recently announced that the Madern Group (Madern International, Madern USA, and Evers) has purchased Xynatech, Inc., a supplier of wrap-around plates and dies used for the converting of paper and folding cartons.
