LLFlex, a supplier of specialized packaging materials and industrial laminates, has named Thomas Bowden CEO and Tamra Koshewa CFO effective immediately. Both executives have extensive experience in manufacturing and packaging companies.
Victor Dixon has been named chief commercial officer to lead the sales and marketing teams and accelerate growth with both new and existing customers. Formerly CEO of LLFlex since 2018, Dixon has deep expertise in the packaging industry and strong relationships with customers.

Bowden has 30 years’ experience leading operations and manufacturing for a variety of companies in the plastics and packaging industries. He joins LLFlex from Columbus, OH., -based Plastic Suppliers, Inc. His experience also includes Anchor Packaging, ProAmpac, Berry Plastics Corporation, and Pliant Corporation.
Koshewa joins LLFlex from HMI Glass where she served as CFO. She has held positions with ISCO Industries, AAF International, and General Electric Company.
