Despite the continually challenging economic climate, Stafford has maintained a 5 to 6 percent growth rate. To stay competitive amid the recent decline in high-volume die business, Medlock redefined Stafford's strategies and steered its focus toward the still-strong point-of-purchase (POP) market, which requires small quantities and quick launch times.
