Graphic Arts Advisors (GAA) has announced the sale of the Signature Food Boards brand and business to New Jersey-based Lamitech. GAA served as the exclusive advisor to General Die & Diecutting on the sale.
“With several FDA approved product lines serving the food industry, including laminated and diecut food boards, the acquisition of the Signature Food Boards line is a natural fit and strategically targeted move for Lamitech,” Adam Reiser, vice president of Lamitech, said.
Mark Hahn, GAA founder and managing director added, “We are delighted to have found a perfect home for the Signature Food Boards division of General Die & Diecutting. The GAA team of Mitch Evans and John Hyde ran a vigorous outreach process to find a buyer for this highly specialized line of printed, laminated and diecut products."
The Vallone family, which owns General Die & Diecutting founded the Signature line of food boards to complement the trade business, which they retain.
“We are happy that this portion of our family business will continue to grow and thrive under its new owners," Pete Vallone stated.
