This now allows KTI to offer a truly “turnkey” solution to any offline converting applications that converters face today. The modular capability also allows KTI to offer clients a machine that fills their needs for efficient and “LEAN” workflow, optimal performance and throughput and marginal waste. Along with its unwinds and rewinds, KTI can now supply a converter a virtual nonstop production system all from one single source manufacturer. The system is also built from the operators point of view making it much more user friendly and consequently, a more productive profit generator within its environment by reducing wasted, setup, and makeready time. The equipment will actually make the operator more efficient.
