KODAK NEXPRESS M700 Wins ON DEMAND Best of Show
BOSTON, Mass.—The KODAK NEXPRESS M700 Digital Color Press received the Best of Show Award in the Process Color Digital Printing Equipment category and the KODAK INSITE Storefront System received an Honorable Mention in the Web to Print Solutions category at the ON DEMAND Conference & Exposition.

The M700, a mid-level press launching at ON DEMAND, helps print providers build their digital color print volume and then migrate to higher volume NEXPRESS presses with additional capabilities as their businesses grow. The M700 and other presses on the KODAK NEXPRESS Digital Color Platform are built on an unparalleled operator replaceable component architecture that provides quality, cost and uptime control. Operator replaceable components can be replaced by operators, allowing them to maximize uptime, control turnaround time and manage costs, all of which help optimize the bottom line.
The M700 four color press runs at 70 pages per minute across all supported substrate weights and produces output with excellent quality text and graphics, high density, a wide color gamut and high resolution (1200 x 1200 dpi). Targeted monthly print volumes range from 50,000 to 150,000 A4 pages. The M700 will be available in the United States and Canada at this time.
KODAK Web-to-print Solutions enhance and expand on traditional web to print offerings, allowing print service providers to more efficiently implement a web to print program with unprecedented levels of workflow integration via the KODAK PRINERGY Workflow System. KODAK Web-to-print Solutions, built on proven KODAK INSITE Software and KODAK PRINERGY Workflow Systems, provide connectivity to KODAK NEXPRESS Digital Production Color Presses and additional third party print devices via KODAK’s Print-On-Demand Solutions CREO Color Servers.
