International In-mold Labeling and Decorating Conference

AMSTERDAM—The 17th International In-mold Labeling and Decorating Conference (IMLCON09 and IMDCON09), organized by AWA Conferences & Events and supported by the In-Mold Decorating Association (IMDA), is a conference totally dedicated to in-mold labeling and decorating and its technology and markets. It has representatives from the entire in-mold label, decoration and packaging industry, from material suppliers, machinery manufacturers, and converters to brand owners.

The conference is a forum that provides an industry update, an understanding of current market trends and technologies, and industry networking opportunities. IMLCON09/IMDCON09 pulls together experts in their respective disciplines and addresses today’s key topics for companies across the entire in-mold value chain, with specific focus on applications and decoration. A feature of this year’s program is a focus on both in-mold labeling and in-mold decoration, with both the IMLCON and IMDCON running concurrent.

The General Keynote session provides an overview of trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IML and IMD market place. The IML conference and IMD conference will each focus on markets, technologies, products and services, and applications that are driving and supporting growth. The IMDA Industry Awards will be presented during the conference dinner.
