OAKS—A Camis IriSleeve polymer platemounting system from Camis has been installed at Global Packaging. The IriSleeve automates the two remaining manual steps in flexo work flow; stickyback is applied to the sleeve/cylinder automatically using the taper-slide and the automated plate table/application roller assembly applies the polymer plate to the stickyback with exacting precision.
