Inland, based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, has acquired Monet Graphics, a flexographic printer of primary labels and coupons, based in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. The acquisition, which is the first of its kind for Inland, comes after a recent local expansion and rebrand for Inland.
“It is our goal to continue to grow this company," said Mark Glendenning, CEO and owner of Inland. "Finding the right partners to join the Inland family is one component of our strategy. Not only did we see the level of experience and technical expertise that we were looking for, Monet’s culture is one that fits well with what we’ve built at Inland.”
Monet Graphics was founded in 1995. It employs 23 people in its 30,000-square-foot facility in Downingtown.
Inland plans on capitalizing on the newly acquired company by maintaining and growing its existing business with future plans to include new business. The plant will serve as an addition to its three facilities in La Crosse, with its corporate office remaining at the 2009 West Avenue South location.
