Independent Carton Group Gives Supplier of the Year Award to Clearwater Paper

The Independent Carton Group (ICG) announced its 2021 Supplier of the Year award to Clearwater Paper. The announcement was made at its quarterly meeting at Winston Packaging in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on March 17, 2022.

The ICG and its members rate over 30 suppliers on a biannual basis on a series of criteria, including:

Through the evaluation process, ICG leadership works with national account managers from all their suppliers to improve the quality of service each supplier brings to ICG members. “The bottom line is to get Best-in-Class suppliers serving our members,” says Jay Willie, ICG executive director. “And that is what this awards program is helping to assure our members of,” Willie continues. “Through this award, we want to recognize Clearwater Paper for their exceptional paperboard product, superior service from both sales and production, and excellent technical support.
