ICP Industrial Inc. Expands Global Presence with Formation of ICP Industrial Canada, Inc.
ICP Industrial Inc., a division of Innovative Chemical Products Group (the ICP Group), and the global leader in the development, application, and technical support of specialty coatings for the packaging, labeling, and graphic arts industry with leading brands Nicoat and MinusNine Technologies, announces the formation of ICP Industrial Canada, Inc. along with a strategic partnership with Divicor, a manufacturer’s representative firm based in Montreal, Quebec, servicing the Canadian market.
With manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico, the additional footprint in Canada will serve as a compliment to its international growth strategy. Divicor is represented by Stéphane Fortin and his team who have been leaders in the consumable sector for over 30 years and has deep knowledge and expertise of the printing industry.
