In September, Heidelberg Canada Graphic Equipment relocated to its new headquarters at 5900 Keaton Crescent in Mississauga, Ontario. The newly renovated building encompasses nearly 50,000 square feet with contemporary architecture and increased warehouse space. The expanded warehouse space offers support to growth segments of the market including consumables and service, and aligns with Heidelberg’s strategic reorientation.
Heidelberg Canada is one of the first locations outside of Germany to position itself under the new Heidelberg corporate branding. In addition to the newly branded location, Heidelberg Canada has announced new leadership in its senior management team. Harold Hoff has been appointed to vice president, sales and service. Jason Roth will continue as vice president, finance and operations.
With 30 years of experience in Heidelberg’s service organization, Hoff will assume responsibilities of sales, service and customer relations. Roth, who began his career with Heidelberg in 1997, has served as vice president, finance and operations for two years, and will continue his responsibilities of finance, operations, logistics and warehousing.
Hoff and Roth will lead the day-to-day operations of Heidelberg Canada and will report directly to Juergen Grimm, president of Heidelberg Americas. Grimm, based in Kennesaw, Georgia, oversees operations in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Brazil. The connection to Heidelberg Americas will allow direct access to the Print Media Center in Atlanta equipped with Heidelberg’s full portfolio of products along with comprehensive customer demonstration and training capabilities.
“As a sales and service unit of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Heidelberg Canada is the clear market leader in the Canadian print industry,” Hoff said. “With these new additions, the brand continues to show unparalleled support to its customers and the print industry at large.”
