ST. PAUL, Minn.—With its acquisition of Nordic Adhesives Technology, H.B. Fuller Company now has all the flexible packaging adhesive bases covered—from general purpose to high performance solventless, water-based, solvent and hot melt heat seal formulations. The acquisition of Nordic, a developer and manufacturer of high-quality polyurethane flexible packaging laminating adhesives based in Buxtehude, Germany, rounds out H.B. Fuller’s portfolio of hot melt heat seal, cohesives, solventless laminating and water-based adhesives for the growing flexible packaging market worldwide. As flexible packaging converters continue to seek adhesives to help reduce packaging materials, contain shipping costs and address environmental concerns, H.B.
