Hammer Packaging Among Rochester's Top Workplaces

Hammer Packaging finished in second place among large organizations in the 2015 ranking of the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle's Top Workplaces, according to an email sent out by the company.

The email states that Hammer competed with other Rochester, New York-area companies in a WorkPlace Dynamics Survey, which assesses the health of companies.

Jim Hammer, Hammer Packaging's president and CEO is quoted in the email. "As always, people are our most important asset and it is an honor to celebrate this recognition for the second year in a row," he says. "We have a strong culture based on shared values that drive our success both internally for our employees and externally for our customers!"
