GOA Moves to Orlando in 2010
MIAMI BEACH, Fla.—The Printing Association of Florida (www.pafgraf.org) announced recently that next year, for the first time ever, the Graphics of the Americas (GOA, www.graphicsoftheamericas.com) Expo and Conference will be held in Orlando, Florida. The show is scheduled for February 24-26, 2011 at the Orange County Convention Center.
This announcement coincides with the opening of the show’s 35th anniversary celebration, where a roster of more than 300 exhibitors will debut and showcase the latest industry products and technology. Graphics of the Americas has become a premier trade show and educational conference for the traditional and digital printing and publishing industries, spanning North and South America and the Caribbean, and is anticipated to draw even bigger crowds in one of the world’s top destinations, Orlando, in 2011.
“We expect that this exciting new Orlando venue will attract an even greater number of attendees from the U.S., along with traditional strong attendance from Latin American countries,” says George Ryan, president of GOA. “Orlando is now rated the number one destination for conventions and trade shows held annually, and is an easily accessible venue.”
GOA 2011 will be held in the new North Hall of the Orange County Convention Center. All conference programming will be held at this venue as well. Shuttle buses will be provided between GOA hotels and the convention center. For more information on the convention center, visit www.occc.net.
