Glenroy Inc. Acquires PF Flexibles
MENOMONEE FALLS, WI—January 28, 2015—Glenroy Inc., a converter and printer of flexible packaging, has concluded an agreement to acquire the pouch converting operations of PF Flexibles, formerly known as Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. or PCTI.
PF Flexibles, based in Hartford, WI, has produced award-winning standup pouches and offers expertise in producing stand-up pouches for liquids. The acquisition provides Glenroy Inc. with a wide range of pouch converting equipment, allowing the company to offer some of the most extensive in-house premade pouch converting capabilities in the industry.
