Keynote Speakers Named for ICE USA 2013 Exhibition
BURLINGTON, MA—Feb. 12, 2013—Two of the leading authorities in the packaging industry will present three thought-provoking keynote presentations to launch each day of the ICE USA 2013 Exhibition in Orlando, Florida, April 9-11.
Paul Gaster, Director of Flexible Packaging at PCI Films Consulting Ltd, will kick off the Keynote Presentations on Tuesday with a presentation entitled Opportunities and Threats In The Global Flexible Packaging Market. With more than 35 years experience in the packaging industry, Gaster co-edits PCI’s European Flexible Packaging and World Flexible Packaging Trends quarterly reports and has authored many flexible packaging multi-client studies.
He will also deliver the wrap up keynote presentation, on Thursday morning with another insightful industry outlook presentation entitled BOPET and BOPP Film Trends to 2016. Both sessions will provide attendees with the insights and perspectives they need to improve their businesses over the next several years.
On Wednesday morning, Thomas Blaige, Chairman and CEO of Blaige & Company, will address the financial outlook for the packaging industry during his captivating keynote presentation entitled “Merger and Acquisition Trends in the Converting Industry.” Blaige & Company is an international investment-banking firm dedicated exclusively to the packaging, plastics and chemicals operations in 40 countries. He and his team of transaction and operations experts have visited over 400 plastics, packaging, and chemicals operations worldwide and the company’s proprietary research department tracks and analyzes over 500 plastics industry M&A transactions annually.
The keynote sessions take place each day from 9–10 a.m. to allow attendees to visit the Show floor when it opens or attend to the ICE USA Conference Sessions, sponsored by AIMCAL.
