The Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) has announced its membership roster has grown by 12 percent over the last three years. Currently, the association has nearly 1,400 member locations representing some 50,000 individuals worldwide. In addition to serving the flexible packaging, folding carton and corrugated sectors, FTA is the largest association for the tag and label community, with more than 400 members servicing that segment of the industry.
“FTA’s diverse membership base is an added value to each individual member company as we collectively leverage our market insights and perspectives to advance this ever evolving industry,” Mark Cisternino, FTA president, said. “This sustained increase in FTA’s member footprint is a continued sign of FTA’s relevancy, growth and its strength as the voice of the flexographic industry.”
The association offers its members an extensive suite of benefits, including industry intelligence, conferences and exhibitions, networking opportunities, certification and training programs, publications and research and participation in standards-setting — all designed to deliver meaningful value for members and the industry in ways that support innovation, investment, economic growth and global competitiveness.
Comprised of the entire supply chain of package printing and converting, FTA’s membership roster consists of printers/converters, consumer products companies, prepress providers, manufacturers, distributors, consultants, brand management firms, designers and educators/students.
