Corrugated and solid fiber boxes accounted for more than 70 percent of demand in 2009, and sales are expected to increase 2.7 percent annually through 2014 to $26.6 billion. These containers are well entrenched as the shipping container of choice in nearly all manufacturing sectors, says Freedonia.
