Flexotecnica Had a Good 2007, Looks Forward to drupa
NEW BERLIN, Wis.—Flexotecnica has enjoyed an outstanding year in North America in 2007, with numerous installations of its New Generation (N8G) models in the United States now completed.
“Flexotecnica significantly increased its U.S. presence this year,” states Tom Jacques, area sales manager for North American Cerutti Corporation (NACC). “Not only did Flexotecnica increase its market share, but we also added some very customized presses to the mix, with the Chronos® and Ekaton® models made to very specific requirements.”
Flexotecnica’s Smart Ride System® was also included in one U.S. installation, and its Speedy Clean® autowash system is now the standard of comparison in North America, with push button operated, fully programmable wash up and inking.
“Flexotecnica also introduced a new, long run end seal, which is providing excellent results. As a technology-driven company, Flexotecnica continues to improve every aspect of its presses,” Jacques concludes.
The customized Ekaton press is designed for widths up to 72˝, and repeats over 70˝, making it an extremely large press. In spite of its size, the Ekaton has decks that are easy to access because of Flexotecnica’s spacious design.
What’s next for Flexotecnica in 2008? “Interest remains strong in our latest innovations, and we are preparing a big announcement for drupa 2008,” comments Jacques. “Watch this space for some news on this historical event.” Flexotecnica presses are supported by NACC’s experienced, dedicated staff, centrally located in New Berlin (Milwaukee), Wis., USA. NACC helps customers keep their new Flexotecnica presses running in optimum condition.
