Fedrigoni Announces Executive Changes for Self-Adhesives, RFID, Innovation, ESG, Energy Transition
Change in the executive team of Fedrigoni, a manufacturer of specialty papers, premium self-adhesive materials, RFID and connected solutions: Rodrigo Lacerda, former Senior VP Global Head of Construction and Consumer Business at Bostik - worldwide reference player in sealing and bonding technologies - will be the new Executive Vice President of the Self-Adhesives business unit from mid-April. A handover from Fulvio Capussotti who, after nearly five years at the head of the division, will now assume the role of Executive Vice President RFID, Innovation and Chief Sustainability Officer. Both leaders will report to CEO Marco Nespolo.
Rodrigo Lacerda has extensive industry expertise across different continents and businesses. At Bostik, he raised the Construction and Consumer business to over 1.3 billion in sales, with a presence of 40 plants worldwide. Previously, he spent over 18 years at Parex Group, a global firm in the Construction sector, as Senior Vice President for the Americas and EMEA and as a Management Board member.
