Comexi’s NEXUS SL2 laminating machine works with solventless tapes and is outfitted with an ergonomically designed metering sleeve, to maximize job change speed. Its laminating unit consists of a steel heating cylinder, a smaller diameter cylinder coated with high density rubber and a counterpressure cylinder, allowing for even transparent laminating and eliminating air bubbles. The NEXUS SL2 is designed to be versatile, with unwinding and rewinding configurations with automatic or simple turrets.

Heidelberg’s Saphira Coatings line includes a variety of coatings for a variety of applications. The Saphira Coatings are high-performance, water-based and UV-curable coatings for the printing and converting industries that can service a full range of finishes, from high gloss to full matte. Hazen Paper Has Envirofoil
Hazen Paper Company’s Envirofoil packaging is a recyclable, biodegradable substrate that can reduce aluminum use by up to 95 percent compared to foil lamination and laminate by 99 percent compared to 48-guage metallized film-laminated paperboard. The carrier film is reusable, enhancing the environmental aspects of its application. Envirofoil also provides twice the reflectivity of traditional foil board, works well for carton filling, is crack resistant and light weight.
