Transfer Rewinder
The latest LRD transfer rewinder from Martin Automatic accommodates 31.5˝ diameter rolls in the standard model, with larger diameter models available. Servo-Driven Rewinder
The Flexor 150BI offered by CTC International is used to repair poorly wound flexible packaging rolls. This rewinder repairs rolls that were not rewound correctly and have telescoped. The operator just starts the machine and it will automatically wind the roll one way and then the other with no interaction required. The web guide corrects the web in both directions allowing correction of a web displacement of up to 2 inches.
