Cutting Small Cavities

RotoMetrics' new Pin Eject Die allows rotary converters the ability to successfully cut small cavities (down to 0.060˝) without the use of air eject, spring loaded inserts, or vacuum tools in metal-to-metal and pressure-sensitive applications. The cavity of the die contains a pin that compresses into the die core when the cut is made and expands back into the cavity upon release from the anvil surface.
