Flexible Lamination

The Comexi Nexus range of products has expanded with the addition of updated NEXUS OPTIMA features designed to provide cutting-edge solutions for lamination. NEXUS OPTIMA can produce duplex, triplex, and multi-layer structures of high added value up to 1,970 fpm. The modular design allows it to provide a wide range of adapted solutions for customers' products, making this line suitable for food packaging, medical packaging, paper, labeling, and more. The coating unit is designed for maximum flexibility by means of an interchangeable trolley system. NEXUS Comexi can provide trolleys for gravure, flexo, semi-flexo, PVdC applications, and solventless, as well as coating/printing applications such as cold-seal and one-color printing. High-efficiency drying is achieved using a new drying tunnel made up of independent modules that allows different setups depending on the materials and adhesives used. www.comexi.com
