Narrow Web Vacuum Rolls

Webex offers a narrow-web vacuum roll custom-engineered to provide precise control over super-sensitive optical films. The 6˝ diameter roll body features a highly polished stainless steel finish with a series of micro grooves and port holes that produce an ultra-gentle web gripping force. Custom vacuum rolls can have adjustable active zone widths from within a few inches to nearly the entire face length of the roll. Active wraps zone are typically not adjustable and set according to the customer's web-wrap specifications.
