Bowed Rolls for Narrow Web

Ideal for narrow-web applications such as removing web wrinkles or controlling separation of slit webs, Perma-Bow™ bowed rolls from NimCor are as small as 1.5˝ diameter. Perma-Bow rolls can operate at full line speed while the roll apex is rotated to aid in separating slit webs or eliminating soft spots and wrinkles. Larger Perma-Bow bowed rolls are available in 3.5 to 7.5˝ diameters with fixed or adjustable bows and optional drive pulley.
