DuPont Offers Platemaking Webinar

WILMINGTON, Del.—On Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., DuPont Packaging Graphics will present a “Back to Basics” Webinar, which is designed to help flexo platemakers produce consistent, high-quality printing plates.

“We’re all moving very quickly these days and with the pressures of daily activities it’s easy to forget some of the basic steps that lead to quality platemaking,” said Sherry Cunningham, technical manager, Packaging Graphics North America. “We’ve put this series of Webinars together so that everyone, from beginner to seasoned pro, can take advantage of what we know about consistent, quality platemaking as a result of our work with tradeshops and converters around the world.”

Presenters for this live workshop are Charlotte Cushing, senior technical analyst, and Wayde Clark, senior technical specialist, DuPont Packaging Graphics North America. Participants will be able to interact directly with the presenters during and after the seminar for questions and answers. Presentations and video will be used to demonstrate the concepts.
