On Thursday, June 13th, 2019, HP Indigo, Scodix and Highcon hosted an Open House Event at Bennett Graphics, a customer of the three companies, in Atlanta, GA. More than 60 guests got a chance to see a powerful demonstration of the Digital Workflow that includes digital printing, enhancements and digital finishing technologies – all in one event.
This one-of-a-kind Open House included a quick introduction of the latest solutions for digital printing and finishing in the market. The companies showcased the workflow of a real product printed on the HP Indigo machines, then taken to the Scodix for digital enhancements with Scodix Foil, and then sent to the Highcon for digital cutting and creasing. In less than an hour, guests experienced the future of a fully digital workflow and a taste of the future.
David Bennett, President at Bennett Graphics
“How do we continue to add value to our customers? We are looking for opportunities that we can give to our clients, and we try to find a solution for our customers. It starts internally, we made a huge investment into being digital, we think that’s the future of the industry. You got to look different in today’s market, there are a lot of good printers in Atlanta, but we want our clients to look at us and say – HP Indigo, Scodix, and Highcon – we have all of these capabilities in one place and we can offer solutions to our clients that they can’t buy anywhere else”
Bill Gillespie, VP at Bennett Graphics
“What we discovered is that the market place is all about setting themselves apart to their clients, we had customers asking us ‘I wish there was an affordable way to do this, I wish I could see this very quickly’. Bennett Graphics invests energy consistently – receiving an idea at 9 o’clock in the morning and showing a sample of what it might look like at 11 o’clock in the morning – that is very powerful in the marketplace, it’s very agile, they can’t see it anywhere else. the marketplace absolutely loves it. It changes all the conversations.”
