CRC Welcomes Customers to 2011 User Group Meeting
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—CRC Information Systems (CRC), developer of the industry leading MIS/ERP system, Nucleus, welcomed customers to the Spring 2011 CRC User Group Conference for three days of product demonstrations emphasizing new enhancements, specific product meetings, and educational breakout sessions. Clients were also able to meet with CRC developers giving them an opportunity to put a face with the voices they hear during customization project discussions and software support service calls.
During his presentation to conference attendees, CRC Product and Service Manager Erv Ratazak informed the group that the new and exciting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product will be available to clients by the end of next month. Ratazak also laid out the future direction of the Nucleus product coupled with the integration projects currently underway at CRC.
“The annual User Group meeting is a unique opportunity for CRC to show our clients what the future holds,” said Ratazak. “It also allows them the ability to give feedback and suggestions on our development efforts to make sure that Nucleus remains the most comprehensive package in the marketplace.”
CRC also provided educational breakout seminars on many of the newest features of Nucleus. These seminars covered topics such as the recent addition of full integration with both FedEx Manager and UPS World Ship. The recent partnership between CRC and MerchantWare enables Nucleus users to obtain realtime credit card authorizations in the order entry, invoicing and eCommerce applications.
“The User Group Meetings are always a great experience that enables us to stay connected to our clients so that we make sure we are meeting their needs,” said Ratazak. It also provides an environment for creating invaluable networking contacts within the various segments of the graphic arts industry. We look forward to seeing everyone next year.”
