Core Systems Acquires Rights to CorTechnolgies Products
ERIE, Mich.—Core Systems International announced that it has acquired all intellectual property, and related assets from CorTechnologies, Inc. (formerly CoreTech, Inc), a division of Seidel Enterprises, in Easton, Pa. Core Systems will assume the sales, marketing, manufacturing, and service capabilities for the full line of core cutters, core handling, core printers, and custom machinery. Also included were all trade secrets and proprietary engineered designs.
CorTechnologies originated in 1980 and was a global leader in core cutting and core handling equipment with its signature CM and CMX series.
Commenting on this, James Skelding, President of Core Systems International, said “The CorTechnologies product line allows us to offer an even broader range of engineered solutions. The very popular CM series will compliment Core Systems very well. We are now the largest manufacturer that can offer both a mandrel-based and a surface-driven machine for cutting cores, in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic mode.”
