Comexi will showcase its most ambitious innovations at drupa 2016. At its stand, located in Hall10/B20, the company will launch its new printing presses that combine sophisticated performance and the latest technological innovations.
Being heavily experienced, problem-solving oriented, and having done extensive work in customer driven development of new technology gives Comexi its keys to success. The company offers excellent innovations for the flexible packaging conversion industry, as well as having increased value points of our technologies in printing, laminating and cutting.
At drupa, Comexi will showcase its new technology for flexography, rotogravure and offset. Its most exciting presentation will be the new flexographic press, which provides higher automation in the printing process.
This new technology, Comexi’s all-time best seller in large format printing presses, was the inspiration for the development of FI.

Comexi also supports automating its offset technology. Following drupa 2012, where it showcased its revolutionary printing press solution with a central drum, this year it will reveal its new automation system for its well-known CI8 offset printing press in front of a global audience.
New Solutions for its R2 Rotogravure Printing Press
Comexi will also exhibit a new printer body for rotogravure printing presses, providing top quality tasks as a world supplier with three printing press lines.
The R2 printing press is the latest Comexi addition to the rotogravure sector, and includes leading edge technology in terms of machine control and in direct driving systems to increase efficiency, as well as Simotion by Siemens, which increases energy savings regarding machine consumption.
Alliance with HP
At drupa, Comexi will also exhibit the L20000, a water-based laminating machine specially designed to complement the digital HP Indigo 20000. This exhibition will be at the HP stand running demos with the new machine, which is aimed at providing a response to manufacturer demand for work within 24 hours. The machine powers on quickly and and intuitively and features fast-drying water-based adhesives, making more tasks possible.

This new application also offers Comexi’s commitment driving technology and spearheads the smart factories implementation, known as industry 4.0.
