Flexographic Packaging Co., a Waupun, Wisconsin-based flexible packaging converter, will add a Comexi NEXUS SL2 solventless laminator to its newly expanded printing and laminating facility.
The decision to add the NEXUS SL2 stems from Flexible Packaging's desire to maintain its high performance standards while being environmentally responsible.
Flexographic Packaging is mainly active in the converting of flexible packaging materials such as PET, poly, BOPP Met Pet, nylon and high-value added structures.
"The Comexi NEXUS SL2 will be a great addition to our laminating department," said Flexographic Packaging co-owners David Puente (president) and Erik Blankenberg (vice president). "The Comexi solution will allow Flexographic Packaging Co. to increase our capacity, which will allow us to exceed customers' expectations."
