Case Makes has some big plans on its vision board, and the new Head of Operations, Kerry Patterson, has some great visions for board (and paper… and the laminates that go on ‘em). Kerry scored the role this March and will now be leading the charge on order production. One month in and he’s already leaving his mark by working with team members to raise the bar and exceed all customer expectations.
An established leader, Kerry has been ‘cutting his teeth’ for the last 22 years as VP of Operations at National Dentex, a nationwide network of dental labs. Through his many years of service, Kerry has proved that whether it’s teeth or paper, he knows just how to find the pulp of the problem and solve it.
Kerry views his new position as a four-win proposition: A win for the company, the customers, the team, and of course, himself!
When he’s not keeping production rolling smoothly, you might find Kerry boating on an idyllic lake outside Louisville, KY. A family man who enjoys the outdoors, Kerry believes in living every day to the fullest (and his coworkers believe he’s picked the perfect company for that).
Looking forward this year, Kerry is hoping to see sales growth, improved team member engagement, and a boost in the overall financial performance at Case Makes. As fans of making that paper, Case employees hope that Kerry’s year-end aspirations come to fruition as well.
Case Makes is beyond excited to welcome Kerry Patterson to the company and can’t wait to share his energy, honesty, and fun-loving spirit with its growing team and customers.
