Bobst Group North America Set Dates for Direction ‘08 Open House

ROSELAND, N.J.—Bobst Group North America has set the dates for Direction ‘08, the Folding Carton group’s Open House. “We’ve chosen the dates of October 2-7th, 2008 to host Direction ‘08,” says Chris Raney, vice president of Folding Cartons for Bobst Group North America. “It maintains our schedule without posing any conflict to the DRUPA exhibition.

It will also provide an opportunity for those who may not have had been able to visit the DRUPA exhibition to experience first-hand some of our latest diecutting, folding and gluing, and foil stamping technologies.” The Direction ’08 Open House will also, as it has in previous Direction events, feature exhibits from a wide range of industry suppliers. “We won’t have everything that we will display at DRUPA, but we’ll have a very smart sampling,” says Raney.

As is typical of the Direction events, visitors will experience more than just a review of the latest equipment as industry and product specialists will be on-hand to present seminars, training sessions and answer any questions visitors may have. The centerpiece of Direction ’08 will be the converting of multiple live jobs, all in the comfortable setting of the Roseland Demonstration and Training facility.
