Employment Consultants To Speak at PPC Meeting

SPRINGFIELD, MA—Feb. 11, 2013—Two experts on employment issues are scheduled to speak at The Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC)’s Spring Meeting: Outlook and Strategies Conference on April 3-5, 2013 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN.

Former Vice President of Operations of the Association of Independent Corrugated Converters (AICC) and consultant and owner of New Millennium Systems John Bacot will describe the science behind finding new business, sustaining business growth, and recruiting successful salespeople.

In an interactive workshop, licensed psychologist Dr. Ann Bowers-Evangelista, President and founder of Llumos, LLC, will discuss the issues inherent in managing an aging workforce and how to best transfer unique skillsets to the next generation. Ann has nearly fifteen years of consulting expertise in executive assessment, leadership development and coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
