MTEX NS, a provider of printing solutions, will mark its inaugural exhibition in North America under AstroNova Inc. ownership at the PRINTING United Expo in Las Vegas, Sept.10-12.
MTEX NS will proudly present its MULTI 800 and two DTF models, the DTF Powderless and DTF UV, in the AstroNova booth C2467.
Headquartered in Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, and active in the U.S. market for several years, MTEX NS was acquired in May 2024 by AstroNova, Inc., a global leader in data visualization technologies.

The MTEX NS MULTI 800 is a highly versatile packaging machine capable of printing on various materials, including cardboard, wood, cork, recycled paper, and more. This makes it ideal for a wide range of packaging applications.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a well-known method for transferring designs printed on a film onto fabrics and various other materials. The new powderless DTF uses glue instead of powder for the transfer process, making it more environmentally friendly and easier to control for enhanced clarity of printed graphics. The DTF Powderless and DTF UV models by MTEX NS feature MTEX's proprietary printing electronics and offer Industry 4.0 integration, along with web access to a comprehensive dashboard providing detailed data and metrics for performance monitoring.

In addition, AstroNova will present the QuickLabel QL-1200S, its brand-new solution for producing professional-quality inkjet sheet labels that are BS 5609 compliant. The TrojanLabel T3-OPX, AstroNova's short-run solution for printing on sustainable packaging, will also be featured at the booth, along with its QuickLabel printer range for short-run label printing.

MTEX NS will also feature the MULTI 1300 at the Konica Minolta booth. The MULTI 1300 is an industrial packaging printer specifically designed for digital printing on corrugated cardboard.
