PCMC Introduces the New ELS MAX Press
GREEN BAY, WI—June 12, 2012—Aquaflex PCMC, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of in-line presses, is pleased to announce the release of a new mid-range inline flexographic press. The ELS MAX has combined the best technologies from both inline and wide web CI presses, resulting in a press that provides superior web handling and registration. Advanced features and innovative design allow this machine to quickly change press parameters for optimal efficiency on many materials.
The ELS MAX is fast and efficient, offering 24”, 28” and 32” web widths capable of running up to 1,000 FPM with up to a 30” maximum repeat. Plate and anilox sleeves further increase changeover speeds, and the ELS MAX is designed with world renowned Rockwell control technology, ensuring customers of its trustworthiness and reliability.
In addition to speed, this press offers superior versatility. The ELS MAX can print on a wide range of materials, from low gauge plastic film to heavy point tag stock. Drying systems are available for any type of ink, including solvent-based, water-based and UV inks. Available options for printing applications include labels, flexible packaging, laminating, rotary diecutting, backside printing and continuous running winders.
