Ampac Packaging Forms Ampac Flexibles Unit

CINCINNATI, Ohio —Ampac Packaging, LLC, a diversified flexible packaging company, announces the formation of Ampac Flexibles. This combines the recently acquired Kapak Corp. (Minneapolis) and Flexicon, Inc. (Chicago) along with Ampac's existing Performance Films group (Cincinnati).

Going forward, both Kapak and Flexicon will operate under Ampac Flexibles - Converted Products and the company's existing Performance Films group will operate as Ampac Flexibles - Performance Films.
