AMAGIC Holographic to Change Company Name

SARASOTA, Fla.—AMAGIC Holographics is changing its company name to K Laser Technology (USA) Co. Ltd. beginning at the start of 2012. AMAGIC Holographics is the North American subsidiary of K Laser Technology, a publicly traded company in the Taiwan Stock Exchange, and has operated under a different name than the parent company for many years. The name change is being done to effectively promote and develop the company brand name in the global market and to acknowledge the true size and diversity of the company. The company will continue to operate in its current structure and customers will continue to receive the same quality service and support and close customer/supplier relationship.
