Allstate Paper Box, a trusted and established name in the world of rigid box manufacturing since 1966, is proud to announce a change in ownership. The company's new owners look forward to carrying on Allstate’s legacy of excellence offering small company, personalized service to consumer companies seeking to elevate their branding.
Ian Bernstein leads the new ownership team. Following a career in banking and finance, Mr. Bernstein entered the packaging industry with the acquisition of Trenton Corrugated. He now is excited to provide a unique, yet complimentary set of capabilities into the marketplace with the expansion into rigid box manufacturing.
Under new ownership, Allstate Paper Box will continue to operate seamlessly with its existing management team, led by Matthew Elias, President and Robert Levine Vice President, the previous owners. Allstate Paper Box’s manufacturing proudly remains in Newark, New Jersey, where the company's 70,000-square-foot facility has been the heart of operations for decades.
Ian Bernstein shared his commitment: "We remain steadfast in our dedication to uphold Allstate Paper Box's values and deliver the same high-quality service that has defined us since day one. Our reputation for providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to clients with similarly high standards will only strengthen."
Matthew Elias, President, added, "Allstate was founded with the vision of creating packaging solutions that would stand the test of time. As we approach our 58th year, we wanted to ensure a seamless transition to another family-owned operator who shares our vision. Our talented team will remain in place to continue delivering the exceptional service and products our clients have come to expect."
Robert Levine, Vice President, also adds, “Our internal mechanical design and electrical engineering departments allow us to adapt, and/or custom fabricate, robotics and equipment to develop packaging solutions beyond the scope of standard equipment. Ian was drawn to the creativity at Allstate and is committed to promoting unique solutions that are innovative and sustainable.”
Scott Daspin, Director of Investment Banking at Triad Securities Corp., emphasized, "Through close collaboration with Ian Bernstein, we successfully facilitated the partnership between Trenton Corrugated and Allstate. This strategic alliance not only strengthens both companies but also ensures sustained long-term growth and sustainability, uniting their unique capabilities and customer-focused approach.”
With this change in ownership, Allstate Paper Box is poised to continue its legacy of delivering premium rigid box solutions while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation.
