Star Packaging, Master Packaging Merge

ATLANTA, Ga.—Master Packaging, located in Tampa, Fla., completed a merger with Star Packaging, based in Atlanta, Ga. The combined entity will now be known as Star Packaging Corp. and will be headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. with operating facilities in both Georgia and Florida. The newly combined company is owned by Azalea Capital, a private investment firm.
