Plastic Packaging  Technologies Purchased by Mid Oaks Investments

KANSAS CITY, Kan.—Plastic Packaging Technologies, LLC (PPT), a manufacturer of flexible packaging, has been purchased by privately-held Mid Oaks Investments LLC, Buffalo Grove, Ill. for an undisclosed amount.
