Labelexpo attendees can visualize this by visiting the "The Flint Group Factory," a virtual label production shop in which all different Flint Group products and services are highlighted as a label gets produced.

Flint Group Narrow Web continues to be an innovative leader. At Labelexpo Americas, Flint Group will focus on improved and recent product and services launched, including:
- New Flexocure ANCORA 50 — a low migration UV flexo range of inks for food label and certain packaging applications.
- Flexocure ANCORA — a low migration UV flexo range of inks suitable for the most stringent food label and packaging applications.
- NEW EkoCure ANCORA — a low migration UV LED flexo range of inks suitable for the most stringent food label and packaging applications.
- Hydrofilm ACE — a water-based flexo ink system that meets food compliance for label and packaging applications.

Flint Group Flexographic Products Unveils its New Technology
With the most complete portfolio of product offerings, ranging from nyloflex printing plates and plate making equipment, rotec sleeves and adapters to ThermoFlexX imagers, Flint Group Flexographic Products will present its systems’ solutions for the narrow web printing industry at Labelexpo Americas 2016.
The Flexographic Products division will unveil its new technology at booth 840 during this year’s exhibition. With a focus on innovation, print quality and the environment, Flint Group Flexographic Products develops the solutions that elevate printing to the next level while simplifying the platemaking process like never before. Come and learn how this new product can enhance narrow web and package printing applications.
Xeikon’s customers will testify how they use digital production to be future proof. The overarching theme for Xeikon is “What’s next?”, referring to the technological challenges label converters are facing today. Located in Hall F, Xeikon will present its flagship Xeikon CX3 digital label press (aka Cheetah) and will show its high opaque white fusion module for the first time in the Americas.
Fusion technology, virtually making it a digital combination press, was demonstrated at Labelexpo Europe 2015. Furthermore, there will be an entry production solution including a full color digital press, Xeikon 3030 with inline converting based on laser diecut technology. On the advancements in the tags and carton market, Xeikon will bring its new Xeikon FDU, a flatbed diecut solution for fast turnaround, low operational cost environments which was just launched at the latest drupa.
Daily Sessions with Industry Co-Suppliers and Consultants — And, of Course, Flint Group Experts!
Flint Group is offering an interactive platform for its visitors at Labelexpo where they can bring their ideas and questions to the experts. By bringing industry co-suppliers together to discuss package printing, expansion in UV LED, capabilities in shrink sleeve technology, and showcasing latest equipment innovations. Flint Group supplies visitors with the tools they need to expand their success in printing performance. To give visitors multiple opportunities to attend these sessions, there will be three sessions per day at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm for these educational sessions.
